Oh my goodness...It's May!

Hello family and friends!

I hope all is well with each of you! This week we took Dominic to the doctor's for his well baby check up, (or whatever they cal them now) and he is doing well.  He is officially 27 inches long (the 90th percentile),  and 17.8 pounds (putting him in the 50th percentile...meaning he is right on track from his last doctor's appointment).  I can't believe how big he is getting! At the moment he is in his swing babbling away and chewing on his dinosaur. This week he has figured out how to wave his hand and is beginning to look when we call his name.  He is also becoming an expert in blowing raspberries and has officially become a  master scooter. Brandon and I are working hard to clean up and keep things out of his reach...baby proofing takes some time!

Other than that, nothing major has happened, which I am thankful for. Brandon has an eye appointment this week on Thursday, so let's just hope it goes well. I need to get ready to go buy diapers and I might have to stop by Carter's or Old Navy, who knows?

A little side note, thank you to all who prayed for Natalie. I think she is doing well and hopefully should be on a plane to come home from St. Jude hospital this week, so I am very happy about that.  And one of my other little loves, Maryam is doing very well at CHOC, so that also makes me VERY Happy!

To Tracy B and Alex: I had a dream about you last night! I dreamt that I hadn't seen you in a while and we ran into one another out in the Valley. You told me that you were getting ready to go to Loma Linda to start the OT program there....it was kinda funny. Oh and I thought of a business for you to do, not that you have a ton of time, but I totally thought of something for you. I really haven't been too busy with work, I just haven't had a chance to call you, I'm sorry.

Oh I forgot to share with each of you! This week with Dominic scooting all over the place, he has taken a huge interest in the dogs. So, earlier this week, he scooted right up to Kona's crate and has laying in front of it and she was laying in her crate facing him almost nose to nose! It was SO cute! I tried to get a picture but it was too dark, so sorry I don't have a picture to share.

I hope each of you have a wonderful week! Take care!

All my love,
Dawnnie
