Good morning everyone! I enjoy my days of sleeping in until 8 in the morning because I know they are numbered!
Today is a very wonderful day! Not just because it is Saturday, usually my favorite day of the week, but because I am attending a special luncheon this afternoon with the Coachella Valley Autism Society of America (CVASA). Last year I attended the CVASA luncheon and it was the best thing I could have done! I will admit that on my days off the last thing I want to do is drive back down to the desert for a luncheon, but the fact that parents and volunteer put together this amazing lunch every year to acknowledge the work we do with their children is the best gift in the world. It meant more to me than the verbal thank yous and smiles I receive. So if you are part of t CVASA and reading this, Thank you for putting this event on. It means a lot!
I reviewed the results of the poll and everyone has stated they want to know the sex of the baby. So if you do not want to know then please stop reading now!!!!
On Monday we found out that Brandon and I are having a little boy! We are so excited! Brandon actually wanted a boy because he believes that older brothers should be able to take of younger sisters. That and he said with his luck we will end up with twin girls next time! Somehow every time he makes comments like that I know he is going to be right! Almost all of you said I was having a boy and only a handful said a girl, so I'm sorry guys, but there's another Arias boy coming round! Our little boy is going to be named after my grandfather, so his name will be Dominic. For those of you who know that I am named after my father and grandfather may be questioning how I got Dominic. Well, my grandfather's name was originally Dominic, it got changed when he moved to America...that's the short version of it.
I have another doctor's appointment this week and I'm planning on picking up the CD from the sonogram, so I'm hoping to put up sonogram pictures up in a week or so. Until then, have a great day and all my love!
